Here's an easy, tasty recipe for homemade Gatorade/sport drink to help keep you hydrated during the heat of the summer.


Homemade Gatorade & Sport Drink

  • 2 packs of Kool-aid
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 quarts of water

Mix all ingredients in a gallon sized jug. Chill and drink. It's good stuff. Experiment flavor combinations to suit your fancy.
